PARQ espresso bar

Parq is our café in the middle of Moravák. We opened it in 2023 out of a love of coffee, hoping it would belong to the park as naturally as the trees, promenade and fountain. You will find us tucked beneath the treetops, with views of the park and Brno.

In the morning, you can stop by for coffee. What we serve depends on what is in the grinders at the time, but there is usually specialty coffee from the QB roasters crew, as well as dark-roasted Italian beans from Mrs. Rose, a blend of 3 varieties of Arabica. Or have a fresh croissant, something from our own pastry kitchen, then something light to eat, and stay into the afternoon or evening for a glass of wine from Přátelé Pavlova, a half-litre of local Moravia beer, or a cocktail with friends. We created Parq as a place for a quick espresso on your way through town and for a visit that stretches on because you are not quite ready to return to the bustle of the streets.

The PARQ bar by day: shelves of bottles with plant pots above them, cake stands with pastries on the counter

In the pavilion

Large windows open the café onto the park, so even indoors you still feel a little outside. Above the terrace rises an eight-metre ellipse called Slunce, the Sun: by day it quietly reflects its surroundings, and after dark it lights up. And when the fountain starts, Moravák takes on a slightly different mood again. The architectural design is by Consequence Forma.

Stop by for an espresso, sit on the terrace, or come just to take a moment for yourself, perhaps with a book in hand. Whether you have a walk, a meeting or a whole free afternoon ahead of you, we will be happy to welcome you.
